Student Loans go Zero Percent Interest

If you have a student Loan from the Student Loans company you will pay no interest on it over the next 12 months, this is because the interest rate is linked to inflation which went to -0.4% in September. Sounds like good news, however the rate should be -0.4% and the government scamed us by setting it at 0%.
